All
orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays
within the United States. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing prior to
shipping.

Orders placed and received prior to 11:00 AM, EST, will be shipped by the next
business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time of 11:00 AM, local time,
will ship within 2 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

For all
qualifying returns*, The Starless Bookstore will provide a pre-paid return
label. You can return items for a refund or a Representative via email who will
work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

If a return is required, we’ve made it easy. Please send us an email and we
will walk you through the steps required to return an item for a refund. You
will need your Order Number and the email address associated with your Starless
Bookstore account. For all qualifying returns*, Starless will provide you with
a pre-paid return label, at no cost to you. Once the returned item has been
received at our facility, you will be credited within 48 hours. Refunds
typically take 3-5 business days to process (depending on your bank).
